Our tunnel kilns for Heavy Clay (tunnel kiln for brick)are constructed completely with refractory materials. The clay analysis give us the data in order to utilize the right percentage of alumina to any different firing temperatures.
The first part, namely the preheating zone, is used an anti-acid refractory material. While the cooking zone is made with an alumina content from 42% up to 60%. The cooling zone is built using 25% of alumina.
The insulation, our strong point, is entirely mounted on dry way. It is calculated and created a package using: calcium silicate for high temperatures, kaolin wool and rock wool.
The quality of the material used makes our oven very flexible and very importantly, it considerably reduces the energy consumption of Kcal destined for cooking.
